Do you offer annual discounts?

Yes.

Chatric Basic: $228/yr → save $60/year
Chatric Premium: $948/yr → save $120/year

How is usage counted, and what happens if I hit my monthly limit?

We count each successful AI answer (“message”). Connecting data sources, browsing history, or editing settings doesn’t count. If you reach your monthly cap, you can upgrade instantly or wait until your counter resets. We don’t auto-bill overages unless you explicitly opt in.

Can I change plans or cancel anytime?

Yes. Upgrades are immediate and prorated. Downgrades take effect on your next billing cycle. Cancellations can be made anytime, but there’s no proration—your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.

Is my data secure and GDPR-compliant?

Yes. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is role-based with least-privilege, and we host in EU-friendly regions. We comply with GDPR, and you control/revoke data connections at any time.

Do you provide a Data Processing Agreement (DPA)?

Yes—our standard DPA is available via the DPA link in the site footer. You can review it there (and share the page with your legal team).
